Surface right
You remain the owner of the land and receive a payment for granting the use of the area for the lifetime of the plant. At the end, the land returns to your full availability.
Sale and purchase
If you prefer to cash in right away, we make a purchase offer backed by a preliminary sale agreement with clear conditions precedent.
No costs and no risk for you
Design, permits, grid connection and construction are entirely at I.E.S.'s expense. Agreements are subject to obtaining the required permits.

What is a BESS?
A Battery Energy Storage System is a storage plant made up of batteries, inverters and a connection cabin. It draws energy from the grid when it is abundant and returns it when demand is highest.
What kind of land are you looking for?
Sites close to electrical infrastructure, with easy access and compatible zoning and environmental conditions. We carry out the suitability check ourselves, free of charge.
How much space does the plant need?
It depends on the capacity and the site; the area is defined during the assessment based on your land.
Is it noisy or polluting?
Storage plants are static and produce no emissions in operation; the impact on the surroundings is limited and is assessed during the permitting process.
What happens if the permits are not granted?
Contracts include conditions precedent: if the necessary permits are not obtained, the agreement does not take effect and you bear no costs.
Does the assessment commit me to anything?
No. The assessment request is free of charge and non-binding.
