1. Data controller
The data controller is I.E.S. S.r.l. – Insubria Energy Storage, with registered office in Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy.

2. Data processed
Through the "Request an assessment" form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: full name, phone number, email, municipality of the land, cadastral details (sheet/parcel, if provided), preference between surface right and sale, and any notes. The website does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your request and carrying out preliminary checks and negotiations on the land indicated – legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax, if an agreement is concluded) – Art. 6(1)(c).
Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to contact you; without it we cannot follow up on your request.
4. Methods and retention
Data are processed by electronic means with appropriate security measures. They are kept for the time needed to handle your request and, if no agreement is reached, for no more than 24 months after the last contact; if an agreement is concluded, for the duration of the relationship and the legal retention periods.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by suppliers providing technical services on behalf of the controller, appointed as data processors: cloud and hosting services (Google Firebase, infrastructure in the European Union) and email services (Register.it). Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to the processing by writing to sviluppo@ies-energystorage.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it).
7. Cookies
This website uses only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the hosting infrastructure (Google Firebase Hosting) and for the security of the contact form. No profiling cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking tools are used. For this reason, under the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021, no user consent is required and no cookie banner is displayed. You can still manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
